Terms and Conditions
- The ticket price includes camping and a program of entertainment, the details are to be announced on this website and are subject to change at any time without further notice.
- Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Under 18s will be issued on site with a minor's wristband. Proof of age over 18 may be required by passport or driving licence only. Lockup facilities are available for valuables.
- Tickets cannot be re-sold. Defaced tickets will not be accepted.
- In the unlikely event that the Waveform 2011 is cancelled, we will refund the ticket price less 10% refund cost. All refunds are at management's discretion and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and are subject to a 10% reduction for processing costs.
- Waveform sells tickets through its online sales agents Access All Areas and Bristol Ticket Shop, these agents will process your payment and are responsible for the dispatch of your tickets to the address you supply during purchase. Please contact your ticket agent in the event of queries or refunds.
- It is your responsibility to ascertain whether the event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
- Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience and participants in the Festival and these films and recordings may appear publicly and be distributed and published within the public domain. This includes all forms of broadcast media including radio, television, film, DVD, CD, internet broadcast and any other such media.
- Waveform is a zero tolerance festival, Avon and Somerset Police will arrest any persons found in possession of any amount of illegal drugs.
- Strictly no dogs or any others animals are allowed on site.
